gitadmin 0ae9a204aa feat(desktop): add ydotool integration for Hyprland 
ydotool provides keyboard input simulation on Wayland,
required by Hyprland keybinding daemons like ydotool.
Adds user to input/render/video groups for access, and
conditionally enables the ydotool user service only
when the input group is available.

gitadmin 32edcb9019 chore: add remote-dev desktop entries, zero tool, ostt model, brain allow 
- New .desktop entries for steve-dev, bianca, dupont remote hosts
- Register them in mise.toml symlinks
- Add zero (mise plugin) to config
- Switch ostt whisper model medium->small
- Allow obsidian vault in pi permission system
- Fish alias cleanup (remove unnecessary =, add zero alias)

gitadmin 0a729ea821 refactor(env): template environment.d config and update fish aliases 
Replace hardcoded config/environment.d/generic.conf with a Tera
template (environments.tmpl) rendered via mise, pulling DOTFILES_DIR,
THEME_DIR, SECOND_BRAIN, and user info from mise.toml vars.

- Add SECOND_BRAIN variable in mise.toml for the vault path
- Update fish aliases to use $SECOND_BRAIN instead of a hardcoded path
- Fix Obsidian nvim aliases with proper quoting
- Remove stale dotfiles.conf template reference

gitadmin 7cb3d54ea0 chore(dotfiles): add nvim config mapping and theme bootstrap hook 
Adds DOTFILES_DIR env, maps ~/.config/nvim and theme plugin symlink, and adds pre-packages bootstrap hook to sync theme directory. Ensures nvim theme files are available on bootstrap.

- Add configs for goose, herdr, ostt, fabric, zero, gnupg
- Restructure pi models.json (dupont, obelix, bianca, cloudflare)
- Update pi settings with new provider lineup, subagent overrides
- Add pi permission system, search config
- Add desktop entries (RampClient, terminal, tmux)
- Add tmux-open script, rename battery.sh -> battery
- Refactor fish config (simplify conditionals, fix nvim aliases)
- Switch worktrunk commit command from opencode to pi
- Update mise.toml with new tool symlinks
- Fix mise auth.json path reference

gitadmin 156b7261db refactor: migrate from shell-based sync to mise dotfiles management 
- Replace sync-config/sync-script with mise.toml [dotfiles] directives
- Convert installer scripts to mise tasks (shells, desktop, theme, webapps)
- Remove config/nvim-old (deprecated neovim config)
- Add omarchy theme system with multi-app configs (btop, hyprland, kitty, foot, tmux, etc.)
- Move SSH hosts to config.d/* include pattern
- Add Tera templates for dynamic config generation (git-local, dofiles.conf)
- Update pi agent settings (0.80.10, packages list)
- Add mise tasks for pi plugin setup and nvim tooling

steveandgitadmin 02a5e0df28 init: new dotfile configuration 
Remove all org files using a new script to more config over, The old org
file configuaration were great but required org. This new version only
requires the scripts that is included in the repo.

The configuration are all done but have not ported the theming system
yet.
