This PR rewrites the crit skill from a general description into a concrete CRIT (Context-Request-Input-Tone) workflow.

Changes

Transformed abstract skill description into structured 5-step workflow
Added clear completion criteria for each step
Implemented quality guardrails and trigger hints
Followed established patterns from other skills (conversation-summary, knowledge-gardener)

Replace generic AI assistant prompt with structured CRIT
(Context-Request-Input-Tone) framework for brainstorming.

Changes:
- Add 5-step core workflow (Context Analysis, Request
  Clarification, Idea Generation, Iterative Refinement,
  Tone & Delivery)
- Add completion criteria for each workflow step
- Add quality guardrails section
- Add trigger hints for skill activation
- Add structured output format specification
- Remove generic roles and interaction guidelines
