vault-conventions.md: Rewritten with merged OKF + vault frontmatter schema, standard markdown links (no wikilinks), bundle definition with index.md/log.md, 18-type vocabulary, bundle map, and updated curation heuristics.

Phase 2 — Vault Root Bundle ✅

sjb-brain/index.md: Created with OKF progressive-disclosure listing of all vault sections.
sjb-brain/log.md: Created with initial migration entry.

Phase 3 — Retrofit Existing Bundles ✅

All bundle directories updated with index.md, log.md, proper type frontmatter, and wikilink conversion:

Knowledge/ — type: Concept / type: Source
Notes/ (with 9 sub-bundle subdirectories) — type: Concept / type: Reference
