gitadmin 9c353f257b feat(themes): add color derivation and themed app templates 
Add script/omarchy-theme-color and expand omarchy-theme-set-templates to
derive a full palette from each theme's colors.toml, then render new
themed templates (shell, pi, vscode theme, gum, neovim, claude, hermes,
t3code) from it.

Adds backgrounds and palette updates for existing themes plus new themes
(last-horizon, lupine, solitude, tidewater-*, miasma, ...).

gitadmin d637a2c72a refactor: migrate to template-based theme system, clean up old per-theme configs 
- Remove per-theme app configs (alacritty, foot, ghostty, hyprland,
  hyprlock, mako, rofi, swayosd, tmux, walker, waybar, etc.) now
  handled by default/themed/ templates
- Update omarchy scripts (bg-next, list, set) for new template flow
- Update configs: bootstrap, nvim, rofi, tmux, mako
- Tweak installers (02-install-base.sh, btop, desktop, goose, nvim,
  obsidian, theme, tmux)
- Remove obsolete hyprland-rofi-* and hyprland-walker-* scripts
- Update neovim.lua across remaining themes

gitadmin fb52016257 feat: add omarchy theme template system with management scripts 
- New default/themed/ templates (alacritty, btop, foot, ghostty, helix,
  hyprland, hyprlock, kitty, mako, obsidian, rofi, swayosd, tmux,
  walker, waybar, keyboard.rgb, gum.env, etc.)
- Add omarchy-* theme management scripts (install, refresh, set, remove,
  update, bg-set, colors-from-alacritty, current, etc.)
- Add omarchy restart/hook scripts (btop, hyprctl, hypridle, mako, tmux)
- Add installer/environment.sh for shared env vars
- Add 19 theme directories with colors.toml, vscode.json, backgrounds,
  and app-specific configs (catppuccin, everforest, gruvbox, nord,
  tokyo-night, rose-pine, etc.)
- Update bing-wallpaper script to use new .config/omarchy path

steveandgitadmin 02a5e0df28 init: new dotfile configuration 
Remove all org files using a new script to more config over, The old org
file configuaration were great but required org. This new version only
requires the scripts that is included in the repo.

The configuration are all done but have not ported the theming system
yet.
