fix(hyprland): use $HOME instead of ~ for theme source path

Use $HOME in `config/hypr/hyprland.conf` to ensure the theme file path is
expanded correctly. Some processes do not expand `~`, causing the theme
not to be sourced; `$HOME` is reliably expanded by the environment.
