Summary

common/personal/pkm-curation/SKILL.md contains contradictory and harness-specific operating rules.

Problems

  • It says “Prefer reorganization over curation,” which contradicts the skill purpose and other rules that discourage unnecessary moves.
  • It says to run cat before modifying files, which conflicts with harness guidance to use the read tool.

Proposed fix

  • Change the rule to “Prefer curation over reorganization.”
  • Replace cat guidance with tool-neutral/full-read guidance such as: “Read every file completely before moving, renaming, or modifying it.”

Acceptance criteria

  • The operating rules consistently prioritize curation before reorganization.
  • The skill no longer mandates cat.
  • File-read requirements remain clear and checkable.
