This PR rewrites the `crit` skill from a general description into a concrete CRIT (Context-Request-Input-Tone) workflow.
## Changes
- Transformed abstract skill description into structured 5-step workflow
- Added clear completion criteria for each step
- Implemented quality guardrails and trigger hints
- Followed established patterns from other skills (conversation-summary, knowledge-gardener)
## Impact
- Makes the crit skill more actionable and predictable
- Provides systematic brainstorming and idea evaluation
- Improves user experience with structured guidance
