gitadmin de4f6f137b phase4-7: rewrite PKM skills for OKF v0.1 alignment 
Phase 4: Rewrite research-vault skill
- Packet becomes OKF bundle with index.md (no frontmatter) and log.md
- All packet pages get proper type frontmatter
- Atomic note template uses merged OKF + vault schema
- Links use markdown [...](...) not wikilinks
- Updated research-packet-template.md reference

Phase 5: Rewrite pkm-curation skill
- Frontmatter normalization adds type field using classification heuristics
- Links use markdown [...](...) not wikilinks
- Bundle awareness added (update index.md, log.md)
- Updated agent-integration.md for OKF conventions

Phase 6: Rewrite conversation-summary skill
- AI Conversation Summaries/ bundle awareness (update index.md, log.md)
- Report and transcript notes get merged frontmatter with proper type
- Links use markdown [...](...) not wikilinks

Phase 7: Review crit skill
- No vault I/O changes needed — pure brainstorming framework

gitadmin c92ee69440 refactor: extract tmux-launch-agent from implement-issue/setup-skills, overhaul PKM skills 
- New common/misc/tmux-launch-agent skill with detect-agent script
  and agents-seed.md (moved from engineering/setup-skills)
- implement-issue simplified: delegates agent dispatch to
  tmux-launch-agent instead of inlining it
- setup-skills stripped of Section E (agent CLI config)
- New in-progress/agent-handoff skill using tmux-launch-agent
- PKM skills simplified: conversation-summary and pkm-curation
  rewritten with leaner process, crit streamlined
- knowledge-gardener removed (moved to common/in-progress/)
- All READMEs updated to match

gitadmin af96c9e331 docs: reorganize skills into pkm category and add crit skill 
- Create new `pkm` directory for Personal Knowledge Management skills
- Move conversation-summary, knowledge-gardener, and research-vault from `personal` to `pkm`
- Add new crit skill for brainstorming with the CRIT framework
- Update skill descriptions for clarity and consistency
- Add audio-product-dsp, grilling, and research-engineering to model-invoked listings
- Update skill paths across README files to reflect new directory structure
