feat(hypr): bind org agenda and capture to floating terminal windows

SUPER+A now opens the Org agenda (replacing the alter_zorder binding,
commented out) and SUPER+CONTROL+A opens Org capture. Both launch in a
centered floating window via new window-class rules.
